A Better Education
Our Story
A Better Education (ABE) Club, was founded at Miramonte High School in 2004 by Alex and Megan Isaacs, works to improve the lives of students and villagers in a semi-arid region of southwestern Kenya called Kasigau. Kasigau is located near Tsavo National Park and has an approximate population of twenty (20,000) thousand according to the 2019 census. Founded in 2004, ABE works closely with local leaders on educational and community development projects.

Amos Makalo former Director of ABE Club Operations in Kasigau, Kenya now the Member of County Assembly (MCA) Kasigau ward and the Chairman ABE Board. Amos received his training at Kenyatta University and holds a degree in commerce-finance and was sponsored by ABE club.
